The U.S. Army has announced that a missing Fort Polk soldier has been found dead. However, where he was found or any other details about the death has not been released by the military. Fort Polk officials say Sergeant David Lee Johnson, age 26, had not been seen or heard from since October 26th and he had been accused of desertion. Earlier, Fort Polk investigators said they believed Johnson may have been trying to get to Colorado.
