The car of a missing Beaumont man was found and pulled from a waterway in Port Arthur on Tuesday afternoon, and police say a body was found inside. Now an autopsy will be used to determine if the body is that of 80-year-old Robert Quinn. The car was found about 100 yards downstream in the Sabine-Neches Waterway from where witnesses saw it go over the seawall and into the water at about 8:00 Monday evening. Beaumont Police say Quinn was last seen at about 2:30 Monday afternoon on Belvedere Parkway in the west end of Beaumont.
