UPDATE - Beaumont Police say a missing autistic teenage girl was found safe at a location in mid Jefferson County on Tuesday morning. However, no other details have been released about where she was found, or the circumstances of her disappearance. A search had been underway for Seryna Ferrin, 14, who was last seen early Monday evening in the 100 block of Charlotte Drive, which is a neighborhood just southwest of Lamar University. Police said the girl has the mental capacity of an 8-year-old child.
