The missing 17-month-old child, Ellisia Pair, was found safe in Rifle, Colo. over the weekend.
The Texas Department of Family and Protective Services reports CPS took custody Sunday and the child was placed with appropriate family members.
The toddler was reported missing from Tyler September 18, after she was ordered into CPS’ custody.
