TYLER, Texas (KLTV) - The Tyler Police Department says they are searching for a missing elderly man who, according to his family, is unable to care for himself.
The man is identified as Donald Harter, an 81-year-old white male from Tyler. He went missing from a home in the 2200 block of SSE Loop 323 in Tyler around 8 p.m. Tuesday.
He left in a silver 2005 Ford F-150 with Texas license plates 8124DV. It is unknown what he was last wearing.
