Polk County Today is reporting that two Livingston women were arrested after a Tuesday traffic stop involving Polk County deputies and DPS state troopers. According to the report, officers found methamphetamine in the vehicle and arrested the driver, Marlena Anne Toomey, 37, and the passenger, Diane Nicole Wiggins, 39, both of Livingston, and both were charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance. Additionally, the report said that Toomey gave officers a fake name and a fake form of identity, and she was also named in an arrest warrant in Liberty County. She was charged with Failure to Identify and Forgery. At last word both women remained in the Polk County Jail in Livingston.
