Two teens were reported to be injured in a crash that occurred on Saturday evening on County Road 150 in what is known as Mcqueen's Landing south of Beech Grove. Firefighters arrived at the scene shortly before 9:00 to find an ATV turned on it's side with a female trapped underneath. However, the female who was later identified as 17 year old Emma Greer was rescued from the overturned vehicle and transported by ambulance to Jasper Memorial Hospital, where she was treated before being flown by helicopter to another hospital in Houston. The driver of the vehicle, who has been identified by a family member as Mason Sharp, 15, was transported directly from the scene by medical helicopter St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. A State Trooper's report said it appeared that the 2013 Polaris Ranger was traveling at a high rate of speed on a dirt road when the driver lost control of the vehicle.
