Beaumont Police are investigating after a man was attacked and killed by two pit bull dogs on Monday morning. Police say they responded at about 11:00 to the 1400 block of Orange Avenue and arrived to find the man still alive, but very critically injured. He was transported by ambulance to a hospital where he died a short time later. Both dogs were captured by Beaumont Animal Control. It’s not known if the dogs belonged to the man, and his name has not yet been released pending notification of next-of-kin.
