Two more suspects being sought in Apr 23rd mass shooting

Shooter Mugshots 6 (680).jpgJasper County Sheriff’s Department Chief Deputy Scotty Duncan revealed on Thursday that two more suspects have been identified and are being sought in relation to the Sunday, April 23rd mass shooting that occurred at an after-prom party. Six suspects have been arrested thus far after eleven teenagers - ranging in age from 15 to 19 - were shot during the party at a residence on County Road 263, just north of Jasper. The teens had gathered for the private party after attending the Jasper High School Prom. So far, the following suspects have been arrested and charged:

Cameron Hartsfield, 19, of Newton

  • 5 counts of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity, 1 count of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon

Tyler Porter, 19, of Newton

  • 5 counts of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity, 1 count of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon

Tracy Hickman, 19, of Newton

  • 5 counts of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity, 1 count of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon

Cheston Hartsfield, 18, of Newton

  • 5 counts of Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity, 1 count of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon

Terrien Shayveon Collins, 21, of Jasper

  • 1 count of Failure to Report a Felony

Jacquis Tayshun Bell, 19, of Jasper

  • 1 count of Failure to Report a Felony, 1 count of Deadly Conduct, 1 count of Aggravated Assault
