Two people were injured when two cars collided in far-east Jasper on Wednesday afternoon. It happened shortly after 3:00 at the intersection of Highway 190 East at Highway 63 East.
It appeared that the driver of a Toyota Camry was exiting Highway 190 onto Highway 63 and pulled out in front of a Nissan Versa which was westbound on Highway 190. The front of the Nissan hit the front passenger side quarter-panel of the Toyota.
The names of the drivers weren’t immediately available.
Two people were transported by ambulances to Jasper Memorial Hospital, their injuries did not appear to be serious.
