Two people were injured in a two-vehicle accident on Highway 190 just east of the Dam B Bridge at about 8:30 Sunday night. The crash left one vehicle on its side in the middle of the highway. According to Beech Grove Fire Chief Jamie Gunter, a car and a pickup truck collided head-on, leaving the truck overturned and blocking both the eastbound and westbound lanes. The highway was closed for about 90 minutes as emergency crews worked the scene.
