The volunteers of the Kirbyville Fire Department and other emergency crews were dispatched to a home northwest of Kirbyville on Farm to Market Road 1013 shortly before 3:00 on Sunday afternoon when it was reported that a vehicle had left the road and ran into outside wall of the home of Brett Herrin.
The driver of the truck, who was not identified, was taken by ambulance to a local hospital for treatment.
