A truck driver died after an early Tuesday morning crash involving two 18-wheelers in Bridge City. It happened shortly after 5:00 on Texas Avenue, which is Highway 73. Bridge City Police said Keith Kuffler, 48, of Iota, Louisiana was driving one of the trucks when he hit the trailer of the other truck. Kuffler was taken by ambulance to St Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont where he later died.
