Officers in Newton County reported on Sunday that Trenton Stark, a man who has had numerous scrapes with the law had been found and is custody
The arrest reportedly came shortly after 9:00 on Saturday evening on County Road 4055, in what is commonly known as the Singletary Sites Area, during a routine traffic stop that was conducted by Newton County Sheriff Colton Havard.
Havard said following the stop, he identified Stark as a man he knew wanted by the State Board of Pardons and Parole. However, Havard later said that he also learned that Stark had other warrants for his arrest.
Stark was taken to the Newton County Jail where was at last word still being held.
