Jasper Police Chief Garrett Foster said Thursday that his officers have detained three fraud suspects and one remains at-large.
According to Chief Foster, the recently installed Flock camera system alerted officers about a white BMW SUV that Beaumont Police had been searching for, and the vehicle was found behind a house in the 800 block of South Bowie Street.
Foster said officers were able to detain two females and one male, all from Florida, while another male managed to elude capture. He’s described as black male with tattoos on his arms.
