Newton County Sheriff Robert Burby says that criminal charges have now been filed against three individuals who were arrested at a house on County Road 4031 in the Bon Wier Community following a Thursday, March 24th drug raid.
According to Burby, the suspects and their charges are:
Charles Edward Issac, charged with; two counts of Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, Manufacture/Delivery of a Controlled Substance, and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Bond set at $115,000.00.
Nathan Allen Shawyer, charged with; Unlawful Possession of a Firearm by a Felon, and Possession of a Controlled Substance. Bond set at $30,000.00.
Chanell Lynn Stouffer, charged with; Possession of a Controlled Substance. Bond set at $20,000.00.
