The Lumberton Police Department has arrested a bank robbery suspect.
The F.B.I and other law enforcement agencies are investigating the reported robbery of Community Bank on Country Lane Drive in Lumberton. Investigators say a man reportedly handed a note to a teller, demanding money. The man didn't display a weapon.
He left the bank and tellers provided a good description of the man. Lumberton Police stopped the suspect vehicle on Highway 69 and took the suspect into custody at gunpoint.
