Jasper County Sheriff Chuck Havard says the suspect in a theft at the Tractor Supply in Buna on Monday was captured in Calcasieu Parish on Tuesday.
He has been identified as 49-year-old Jeremy Todd Gore.
Gore is accused of stealing a weed trimmer and a leaf blower with a combined value at over $700.00.
According to Havard, after identifying Gore as the suspect, an arrest warrant was obtained and the Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Department was notified. Havard said a deputy there spotted Gore’s car at a convenience store in Starks and found Gore there and arrested him.
