Students return to class after bomb threat investigation at Airline High School

BOSSIER CITY, La. — Students at Airline High School are returning to class after authorities investigated a reported bomb threat Tuesday morning.

Officials say the call came in around 11:30 a.m., prompting a response from Bossier Parish deputies and multiple law enforcement agencies.

After investigating, authorities determined students were not in danger, and classes have resumed as normal.

The Bossier Parish Sheriff's Office is now working to trace the call to determine where it originated and whether it was made locally.

Officials have not released additional details about the caller or what specifically was said during the threat.

This remains an active investigation.
