A student at Southwood High School was arrested Thursday for making threats against the school.
According to the Caddo Parish Sheriff’s Office, the arrest came after the school’s resource officer was notified that a student had posted threats on social media.
Detectives investigated the case and arrested the teen on a charge of menacing. She was booked into the Caddo Juvenile Detention Center.
No weapons were found in the teen’s possession.
