MANY, La. -- The Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office is warning motorists to stay away from a stretch of highway that's under construction in the parish. The sheriff's office said state Highway 175 from Belmont to Ray Canton Road is "extremely wet and muddy." "We ask motorists to avoid this stretch of highway and find an alternate route if possible," the sheriff's office said.
