Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office have been investigating a theft at Toledo Town and Tackle that occurred on Sunday, March 20, 2022.
The male suspect took two Lew's baitcast fishing reels, using what appears to be pliers or cutters to remove reels from the rods. The suspect replaced the rods on the shelf and put the reels into his waistband. The value of the two fishing combos is over $450.
The man exited the store without paying and drive away in a small maroon four-door car possibly a Honda Civic with Texas license plates.
Sabine Parish Sheriff's Office requested assistance in identifying the suspect on their social medial.
Noel Richard Casper turned himself in to Sabine Parish Sheriff Detectives on Sunday morning, May 22, 2022. Casper returned the two Lew's reels taken from the store to Detectives. Casper's bond was preset at $1,094.50 and he bonded that afternoon.
