LUMBERTON, Texas (July 31, 2026) — A motorcyclist critically injured in a crash last Friday in Lumberton has died.
Authorities said Dylan Andrews, 27, of Silsbee, passed away at St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont despite efforts to save his life.
Investigators reported that Andrews was riding a motorcycle on Walnut Hill Drive near West Walton Road when, for reasons still unknown, he lost control of the motorcycle and crashed.
Following treatment at the scene, he was transported by ambulance to the Beaumont hospital.
Andrews is survived by his wife, their 9-month-old son, his parents, and other family members.
