KFDM 6 News is reporting that a Silsbee ISD staff member is under investigation following some sort of incident and has been placed on administrative leave. However, both school district officials and law enforcement are tight-lipped as to what the employee is accused of. A statement from the school district said they are handling the reports and allegations with utmost seriousness and is following protocols to handle the situation. Meanwhile, Hardin County Sheriff Mark Davis has confirmed that his deputies are investigating to determine whether a criminal offense occurred.
