A Silsbee chiropractor has been indicted by the Hardin County Grand Jury and arrested following a Silsbee Police Department investigation that began in early September. Kamon Roshawd Darby, 29. of Beaumont, was arrested Monday and charged with Indecent Assault by a Health Care or Mental Health Services Provider. He’s currently in the Hardin County Jail under a $50,000.00 bond. The crime is a state jail felony and if convicted Darby could receive up to one year in state prison.
