TIMPSON, Texas (KTRE) - The search for a missing man continued at Lake Timpson into Thursday morning.
According to the Shelby County Sheriff, Gerald Corbell, a 43-year-old man was reported missing around 9:15 a.m. on Wednesday.
The victim and one other person were fishing moments before the man was last seen in the water.
The Texas Game Wardens, Texas Department of Public Safety and the Texas Department of Emergency Management are on the scene.
The boat ramp is closed, and any recreational activities are suspended to the public until further notice, Shelby County Sheriff Gerald Corbell confirms.
