MANY, La. -- A Sabine Parish man has been arrested on child sexual abuse charges connected to alleged incidents that spanned a 30-year period, Sabine Parish Sheriff Aaron Mitchell said Monday in a release.
Norman Michael Sepulvado, 58, of Noble, is charged was arrested earlier this month after three separate victims came forward claiming Sepulvado sexually abused them when they were 12 to 13 years old. The alleged abuse of one of the victims continued for 10 years.
Sepulvado's alleged abuse of these victims spanned from 1992 to 2022, the sheriff said.
Detectives obtained three arrest warrants for Sepulvado through the 11th Judicial District Court.
He was booked into the Sabine Parish Detention Center on five counts each of second-degree rape of a juvenile, second-degree rape and sexual battery (victim under age 13), two counts each of second-degree rape of a juvenile and one count of second-degree rape of a juvenile.
His bonds total $2,750,000. He remains in jail.
