(Hemphill, Texas) During the overnight hours, Sabine County Sheriff’s Deputies were patrolling the southern end of the county in the Brookeland, Texas vicinity. Deputies observed a vehicle crossing the white fog line while traveling North on US 96 at FM 149. Deputies made a traffic stop on the vehicle.
The driver and sole occupant of the vehicle was identified as Victoria Nicole Logan (38 years old) of Bronson, Texas. She was found to have an outstanding warrant out of the Sabine County Sheriff’s Office for the offense of Manufacturing/Delivery of a Controlled substance (Methamphetamine). Logan was arrested for the outstanding warrant and her vehicle inventoried prior to being towed. During the inventory of the vehicle, Deputies located a total of one hundred and sixty-two (162) grams of methamphetamine. Logan was arrested for the possession of a controlled substance charge as well.
She was transported to the Sabine County Jail and during the booking process an additional amount of cocaine was located in Logan’s bra. She was also arrested for that possession of a controlled substance charge as well.
Logan is currently in the custody of the Sabine County Sheriff’s Office pending her bond setting. It was also determined that Logan was currently out on Bond for five other charges, including a First-Degree Felony charge of Engaging in Organized Crime.
