Archived as originally published. Information reflects the date of this article.

Officials with Sabine County Hospital in Hemphill have cut the ribbon and officially opened a newly expanded physical therapy facility, which is part of the outpatient department. Kaylee McDaniel, the CEO of the hospital, says that the facility has been doubled in size and can now handle twice as many patients as it previously did. Additionally, McDaniel says the facility features four private treatment rooms. Sabine County Hospital operates out of a building owned by the Sabine County Hospital District, while the medical services of the hospital itself are operated and managed by an Oklahoma company, Preferred Management.
