RUSK, Texas (KTRE) - The Rusk Police Department is searching for a 57-year-old man whose vehicle was found Saturday near the Neches River.
According to Rusk police, James David Blount was last seen Tuesday, and his vehicle was found on Saturday on Highway 84 West at the Neches River, which forms the line between Cherokee and Anderson County counties.
Blount is 5 feet and 9 inches tall and has brown hair and blue eyes.
