A private investigator is trying to locate a man wanted in Jasper County for a child sex crime. According to the Corbin Clay Private Investigation Firm and Klein Investigations, 43-year-old John Douglas Painter, Jr., of Buna, is named in an arrest warrant for Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child. The alleged victim was 16 years of age. According to the private investigators, in recent months Painter has been seen in Florida, Michigan, and Georgia, and the most recent sighting of him was at The Galleria in Houston.
