The latest murder in Port Arthur occurred Monday night when a 39-year-old male convenience store clerk was shot and killed during a robbery. It happened at the Valero Fuel Depot on West Gulfway Drive. Police say the suspect was a black male who fled the store on foot. Police are still working to identify the killer.
