A Port Arthur man died in a hospital emergency room after a vehicle that he was working on fell on top of him. The incident happened shortly after 7:00 at a house in northwest Port Arthur. The man has been identified as 37-year-old Jorge Gutierrez. Port Arthur firefighters had to lift the vehicle to rescue Gutierrez, and he was then rushed by ambulance to a hospital.
