Four people were shot in two incidents within two hours in Port Arthur. The first occurred at about 11:30 Sunday night on the Gulfway Plaza Shopping Center parking lot. Two people were shot and are hospitalized. The second occurred about 1:30 Monday morning in an apartment at Port Arthur Townhomes. Two people were shot and they’re also hospitalized. Port Arthur Police continue to investigate and thus far no arrests have been made.
