They’re searching for a burglar in Polk County and investigators say he used a ladder to pull off his caper that netted him more than $16,000.00 in cash. Deputies say on Wednesday, the man used a ladder to get on top of a building in Goodrich, and then used the ladder to climb down into the building from some type of opening on the roof. Once inside, they say he stole the money and then reversed the process of using the ladder to get back up to the roof and then down off of the building. Security video showed him leaving the scene in a white pickup truck.
