The Polk County Sheriff's Department says a man has been charged with murder following a shooting that happened late last year, and the victim later died. Polk County Today is reporting that the crime occurred on November 16th, 2O22 on Holly Hills Road, just south of Livingston. The report said that 70-year-old Kenny Wade Fisher is accused of shooting 72-year-old Raymond Herrera, Jr. Investigators haven't said what may have led up to the shooting, but they did say that after it occurred, Fisher called 911 and told a dispatcher that he had shot the other man. Bond on Fisher has been set at $150,000.00.
