Houston media outlets were reporting late Thursday afternoon that a Polk County murder suspect was holed-up in a house in San Jacinto County, about 30 miles east of Huntsville. Reportedly, law enforcement officers were surrounding a house on St. Lucia Lane in the Point Blank Community, about a quarter-mile from the western shore of Lake Livingston. Reports say the suspect killed at least one person in Polk County, but no other information about the crime was immediately available.
