Polk County Today and Houston media outlets are reporting that a 34-year-old Polk County man has been arrested after he allegedly tried to meet a 15-year=old Liberty County girl that he had been talking to online. Reports say Justin Wayne Lacy drove to the girl’s house in Liberty County on Monday. However, instead of meeting the girl, he met her mother, which resulted in him fleeing in his vehicle and the mom chasing after him in her vehicle on Highway 59 all the way into San Jacinto County. Meanwhile, Liberty County deputies examined the girl’s cell phone for evidence and then obtained an arrest warrant for the man. Following his arrest, Justin Wayne Lacy was charged with Online Solicitation of a Minor.
