The Polk County Sheriff's Department has announced that a female inmate has been charged after it was discovered that she had broken the blade of a shaving razor into pieces and then placed those metal shards into the food of other inmates in her jail cell. The sheriff's department says the investigation began earlier this month and involved 46-year-old Tonya Lynett Watson, a Livingston resident who had been in jail since July 6th on unrelated charges. Fortunately, investigators said that the other inmates noticed the shards of metal before they put any food into their mouths. Watson is now charged with four counts of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.
