A man who the FBI says was wanted in Jefferson County for a 2005 child sex case and spent the last sixteen years on the run is now in custody and back in Jefferson County. On Friday, agents flew 53-year-old Howard Lyons back to the United States from Mexico where investigators say he had been hiding out on the Yucatan Peninsula. He is now charged with Aggravated Sexual Assault of a Child and could also face a charge of Unlawful Flight to Avoid Prosecution.
