NATCHITOCHES, La. (KSLA) - Natchitoches Police are searching for a gunman who shot a person Sunday night (Feb. 15) on the 500 block of Lakeview Drive.
On Feb. 15, around 8:05 p.m., officers with the Natchitoches Police Department were sent to the Natchitoches Regional Medical Center after being notified of a gunshot victim.
Hospital staff told officers the victim was suffering from a single gunshot wound.
Officers learned the victim was located on the 500 block of Lakeview Drive when the shooting occurred.
The victim was later transported from the Natchitoches Regional Medical Center to a hospital in Shreveport and has since been discharged.
The investigation into this case is ongoing. We will release more details as they become available.
