SHREVEPORT, La. - One woman is dead and a man is in critical condition following a shooting in Shreveport's Werner Park neighborhood.
The shooting happened around 11:25 p.m. Thursday in the 2500 block of Malcolm Street.
Shreveport police told KTBS the woman was shot and killed at the scene. The man was taken to the hospital.
SPD believes the shooting was likely a murder-suicide attempt.
