Beaumont Police say a person of interest in a home invasion double murder has been arrested and now faces two counts of murder and a $2 million bond. Investigators say Dijon Ivory, 29, of Beaumont, turned himself in on Wednesday morning. Police noted that he was also named in warrants for Evading Arrest and Resisting Arrest. The crime occurred shortly after 2:00 Monday morning at a house on Elgie Street in Beaumont's South Park. Ahmad Hayden, 32, and Roven Dotson, 32, both of Beaumont, died in the shooting. Police are now saying that several people were in the house, and Ivory was one of a group of men that busted in.
