A Natchitoches man died Monday from injuries sustained when he was hit by a vehicle, Natchitoches police reported Tuesday in a news release.
The victim, Joseph Lacey, who was about 68 years old, died at Natchitoches Regional Medical Center, the release states.
The accident happened shortly before noon on Washington Street near Flora Street.
He was struck by a GMC Yukon driven by 66-year-old James Miller, also of Natchitoches.
Natchitoches police are not releasing additional details as an investigation continues.
