Orange Police have charged a 13-year-old boy with murder after they say he shot and killed 18-year-old Demetrious Braud, of Beaumont, on Monday afternoon. It happened at a house on Hydrangea Avenue in northwest Orange. Police say Braud was dead when they arrived, so they began questioning several people which led them to tab the 13-year-old with the killing. According to police, they took the boy into custody on Tuesday morning. His identity has not been released.
