KFDM 6 News is reporting that an Orange County woman was one of the two people killed in a plane crash in Odessa on Tuesday morning. The victims have been identified as the pilot, Joseph Summa, 48, of Houston, and the passenger, Joleen Weatherly, 49, of Mauriceville. Witnesses said the aircraft, a Cessna Citation business jet, seemed to have trouble climbing after it took off from an Odessa airport. It then struck a power line and crashed and exploded.
