One man is dead and another man is charged with murder following a weekend shooting death near Livingston. Polk County Today is reporting that it occurred early Sunday morning at a residence on Duff Road, about 6 miles southeast of Livingston. Polk County deputies say the victim, 29-year-old Timothy Jacob Neal, of Livingston, had been shot to death and was lying dead on the driveway of the house. Deputies say the investigation led to the arrest of Toby Wayne Ford, 24, also of Livingston, and he has been charged with Murder. The circumstances before and up to the killing are not yet known.
