Emergency crews were working a near head-on crash about 7 miles west of Woodville late Wednesday afternoon involving a Kirbyville man, and fortunately there were no injuries. It occurred at about 4:35 on Highway 190 near County Road 2175 and Horse Pen Creek. Texas Department of Public Safety Sergeant Shana Clark said that Redrick Adams, 29, of Kirbyville, was driving eastbound in a 2009 Lincoln passenger car. Clark said Adams crossed the center line and struck the driver-side rear quarter-panel of a westbound 2O21 Jeep SUV, driven by Leah Caress, 52, of Woodville. Sergeant Clark said Adams received a citation for Traveling on the Wrong Side of the Road.
