Newton County Sheriff Colton Havard is reporting that man that had apparently been wanted for some time in connection with parole violations and drug charges has been captured. Havard said thirty-year-old Shawn Hickman was taken into custody at around 11:00 on Saturday night when he was spotted walking along County Road 4181 near Deweyville.
