The Calcasieu Parish Sheriff’s Department says a Monday traffic stop resulted in the discovery of 392 pounds of liquid methamphetamine, with an estimated street value of over $800,000.00. The liquid meth filled 10 buckets. The traffic stop was made by Sergeant Rodney Daigle, Jr. and his K-9, Buck, sniffed the smell of meth and alerted the deputy. The name of the driver was not released and it’s not known what charge or charges were filed against the person.
